QDo you also provide delivery and installation?
yes. After delivery to the event location, professional personnel install it, and after the event, it is removed and collected. Delivery and installation conditions may vary depending on region and size, so we will inform you during consultation.
QHow far in advance should I make a reservation?
Reservations may fill up quickly during peak season or on weekends, so we recommend making reservations at least 3-7 days prior to the event date. For large-scale events, please contact us with more time to prepare for them.
QWhere can I rent?
Based in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do, we provide delivery and installation services throughout the metropolitan area. We will inform you of availability in other regions through consultation.
QHow do I make payment?

QWhat should I do in case of bad weather such as rain?
Canopies and Mongolian tents block rain and sunlight and are suitable for outdoor events. However, in weather situations where safety is a concern, such as strong winds or heavy rain, the schedule may be adjusted by prior agreement for safety.
